Standard Cancellation Policy

Package Bookings
Special packages including Honeymoon, Pilgrimage, and Festival packages may have separate cancellation terms which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Wedding & Event Bookings
Cancellation of wedding or event bookings will follow a separate agreement signed at the time of confirmation. Generally:
- Cancellation 60+ days prior — 25% of advance retained
- Cancellation 30 to 59 days prior — 50% of advance retained
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior — 100% of advance retained
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary. KBR is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
Amendment Policy
Amendments to bookings (date changes, room type changes) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before check-in. Date changes within 72 hours will be treated as cancellation and re-booking at prevailing rates.
Child Policy
- Children below 6 years: Complimentary, no extra bed required
- Children 6 to 12 years: Considered as extra person with extra mattress — charges applicable
- Children above 12 years: Charged as adult
