Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing khatubaghresorts.com or making a reservation with Khatu Bagh Resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Khatu Bagh Resort, managed by Maatritv Hospitality.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are making a reservation on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3. Reservations & Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from KBR.
  • KBR reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received within the stipulated time.
  • Reservations made through third-party platforms (OTAs) are subject to the respective platform’s terms in addition to ours.
  • Speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations are strictly prohibited. KBR reserves the right to cancel such bookings and take legal action if necessary.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Standard Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in as per Indian law.

5. Payments

  • Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package.
  • KBR accepts UPI, Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay. Cash payments are accepted at the property.
  • All transactions are processed securely. KBR is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the heritage and sanctity of the property. KBR reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive to other guests or staff.

7. Liability

KBR shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings unless directly caused by the negligence of KBR staff. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. KBR is not responsible for services provided by third-party vendors including travel agents, OTAs, or transport providers.

8. Force Majeure

KBR shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, government orders, pandemic, civil unrest, or acts of God.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar, Rajasthan.

10. Amendments

KBR reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
